Ingredients:
- Potato – 1 Big
- Tomato – 1 medium
- Palak – 2 cups – cut the leaves into small pieces
- Onion – 1 Medium
- Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 Table Spoon
- Turmeric – 1/4 tea spoon
- Chillies Powder – 1/4 tea spoon
- Clove powder – 1/4 tea spoon
- Coriander Powder – 1/4 tea spoon
- Cilantro – Handful
- Salt & Oil
Method:
- Cut Potato, onion, Palak into medium size pieces and keep them aside.
- Put the oil in a pan and add onion let it fry for 2 minutes and then add ginger garlic paste, coriander powder, clove powder and let it fry for 5 more minutes.
- Then add potato, turmeric and chillies powder. Mix it well and
- Add salt and Palak. Add 1/4 cup of water and let it cook for 10-15 minutes.
Tip: It goes well with hot Roties.

Ingredients:
- Raw green Jack Fruit one tin
- Potato – 1
- Tomato – 1
- Green chillies – 2
- Cloves – 4
- Onion 1/2 – Paste
- Ginger garlic – Paste
- Turmeric Powder
- Red Chillie Powder
- Cumin & Coriander 1/2 Spoon
- Salt to Taste
- Oil.
Method:
- Cut & Clean the Jack fruit & Keep it aside.
- Peel the Potatoes and cut them into long cubes and fry them with little oil and keep it aside
- Now in other pan pour some oil and put cloves & onion paste.
- Once it is fried add ginger garlic paste and them put the jack fruit and fry it for some time.
- Then add turmeric, chillies powder, jeera & Coriander, fried potatoes and tomatoes and salt and put the lid on the pan and let it cook for 15 minutes.
- After it is done add coriander leaves and serve.
- Put the green chillies with onion paste
- Cut the potato, jack fruit and tomato in small pieces.

Ingredients:
- Sorakaya or Birakaya – cut into pieces
- Onion – one Big
- Curry Powder – 1 spoon
- Turmeric Powder – Pinch
- Bagardane(Pop seed) – 1 Spoon
- Salt
- Zeera -1/4 spoon
- Oil
- Green tamarind Paste(optional) – Grind it
- Curry Leaves -10
- Coriander Leaves -Handfull
Method:

Cut Sorakaya into pieces and boil that with salt and Turmeric and keep it aside

Grind onion, zeera and chillies powder(coarsely)

In a frying pan put the oil and then the pop seeds & curry leaves and then put the Sorakaya pieces and let it fry for a minute and then put the grind onion paste and fry(at this point if you want green tamarind paste you can add it along onion stuff) and fry the paste till the raw smell goes off and put salt if you need.

Cook it for few minutes and then put the coriander leaves.
Tip: You can replace Sorakaya with Birakaya

Ingredients:
- Leeks – 2 cups
- Carrots – 2 cups
- Onion – 2 Cups
- Cerely – 2 cups
- Green Lentils – 250 grams
- Garlic – 2 cloves(cut thinly)
- Thyme leaves – 1 spoon fresh
- Cumin Powder – 1/2 Spoon
- Tomato Paste – 1/4 Cup
- Olive oil
- Salt & Pepper
Method:
- First wash the green lentils and let it soak in warm water
- Cut all the vegetables into small pieces
- Put a big pot and put olive oil and then leeks, onion, salt, pepper, cumin powder, thyme leaves, garlic and fry them for 2 minutes and then put the carrot, Celery and tomato paste and now put 4 quarts of water and let it come to one boil
- Now put the lentils and let it cook for 1 hour.
- It goes very well with chives biscuits or with any other bread
- After you put the soup in bowl to serve, drizzle some olive oil and put some Parmesan cheese on top of the soup.

Ingredients:
- Potato – 1
- Carrot – 1
- Celery Stick – 1
- Hand full of these following.
- Green Beans
- Green Peas
- White Beans
- Kidney Beans
- Tomato Soup – 1 can
- Pasta – 2 hand full
- Basil Leaves
- Chillies Powder
- Salt
- Italian Seasoning
Method:
- Cut the vegetables, in a pan put the veggies with salt and chilli powder and slow cook it for 20 minutes.
- Then add tomato soup, basil, Kidney beans and cook it for another 20 minutes.
- Meanwhile Cook the pasta & drain and put that in soup and add Italian seasoning and let it simmer for some more time.
- Finally while eating you can put buggles(chips) or small slices of bread
Tip: Sour bread will be perfect.
