Ingredients:
- Frozen Raspberries – 1 Cup – Thaw
- All purpose Flour – 1.5 Cup
- Sugar – 1 1/4 Cup
- Butter – 1 Stick – room temperature
- Eggs – 2
- Baking Soda – 1 Teaspoon
- Vanilla essence – 2 Teaspoons
- Orange Jest – 1 Teaspoon
- Salt – 1/2 Teaspoon
Method:
- Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees.
- In a bowl put the flour, salt and baking soda, mix it well with the fork and keep it aside.
- In the mixer bowl put the butter and sugar and mix it till the sugar dissolves.
- Add eggs one by one and mix it slowly.
- Add the vanilla essence and orange jest and mix it gently.
- Add the flour in 2 to 4 batches and mix it gently.
- Add the raspberries and fold it gently with spatula.
- Butter and Flour the baking pan and put the mix and bake it for 55 minutes.
- Let it cool before you slice the cake.

Ingredients:
- Maida(All purpose flour) – 1 Cup
- Ghee(Refined Butter) – 3/4 Cup.
- Sugar – 3/4 Cup
- Eggs – 2
- Milk – 1/4 Cup
- Salt – pinch
- Vanilla essence – 1.5 Teaspoon
- Baking Powder – 3/4 Teaspoon
- Baking Soda – 1/4 Teaspoon.
- Tutti Fruity – 1.5 Cups
- Cashew Nuts – 1/2 cup – Cut into small pieces
Method:
- Mix Maida, baking powder, Baking soda & salt and sheave and keep it aside.
- Pre-heat the oven to 350 Degrees.
- Take a bowl and put Ghee, Eggs, Milk, Vanilla Essence and beat It with the hand mixer on medium Speed. Now add Sugar and mix it again.
- Add Maida mix slowly and mix it on medium speed and fold in 1/2 cup of Tutti Fruity & Cashews.
- Grease the 8X8 Baking dish and pour the mix into it.
- We are trying to avoid all the Tutty Fruity settling on the bottom of the cake. So do the following 2 steps.
- In a bowl put the 1 cup Tutti Fruity and 1 teaspoon of Flour and mix it well.
- Now sprinkle this on top the cake.
- Bake this for 30 minutes at 350 degrees and let it cool before cut the Cake into pieces for Serving.

We were invited to my friend’s son’s(Srikar) birthday. I made this cake once last year. When I gave this sample last year, I remember my friends liked it. I thought I will make this Tres Leches Cake for Srikar’s Birthday. I made this night before and took it to the party. You don’t believe how much fun Srikar and his brother had with this cake. Parents also loved this cake.
Try this and I am sure you will like it too. Just a warning… It is too rich!!!.
Ingredients:
- Unsalted butter – 4 Ounces(1 Stick)
- Pure Vanilla Extract – 3 Teaspoons
- Large Eggs – 7
- Baking Soda – 1/4 Teaspoon
- Salt – 1/4 Teaspoon
- Sugar – 1 Cup
- All-purpose flour – 1 Cup
- Sweetened condensed milk – 1 can (14 ounces)
- Evaporated milk – 1 can (12 ounces)
- Whole milk – 2 Cups
- Heavy cream – 2 Cups
- Strawberries – 1 Cup – Sliced & Diced – fresh
Method:
First we will be Making the Cake & then before serving, we will be decorating it with Heavy cream and Sliced & Diced fresh fruit such as Strawberries or Pineapple.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Butter 9 X 13 inch glass or Ceramic Baking Dish
- Heat Butter in a small saucepan over medium heat, swirling occasionally until butter browns about 6 to 8 minutes. Remove it from the heat and let it cool. Now add the vanilla.
- Whisk egg whites, baking soda and salt with a mixer until soft peaks form(2 to 3 minutes).
- Add yolks and whisk until combined. Reduce mixer speed to medium. Add sugar in a slow steady stream and mix until combined.
- Using a rubber spatula, quickly and gently fold butter mixture into egg mixture.
- Combine flour in a small bowl. Sift 1/3 cup flour over egg mixture and gently fold to combine. Working quickly, sift remaining flour mixture over egg mixture in 2 additions and gently fold to combine. Pour batter into prepared dish and bake until golden and tester inserted into center comes out clean(20 to 25 minutes).
- Meanwhile, Whisk together the 3 milks in a medium bowl. Pour over cake as soon as it comes out of the oven, Transfer cake in dish to a wire rack to cool completely. Cover and refrigerate it overnight.
Serve cake with heavy cream and sliced Strawberries.

Ingredients:

- Vegetable Oil – 1/2 Cup
- Water – 1/2 Cup
- Salt – 2 pinches
- Unsweetened Coca Powder – 3 Tablespoons
Method:
- Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Put all the dry ingredients and mix them well.
- Now put all the wet ingredients and mix them slow with hand mixer.
- Grease the 9 inch pan and put this mix and bake it for 40 minutes.
Your Chocolate Cake is ready!

Ingredients:
- Chocolate Cake – 1 Slice (Home made or Store Brought)
- Vanilla Ice Cream – 2 Scoops
- Raspberries – 10
- Pista – 10 Crushed into pieces
- Mint Leaves – 2 to garnish
Method:
- Thaw the ice-cream in fridge until it looks like sauce
- Take a plate and spread this ice-cream sauce and place the Chocolate cake slice on top of this and put the Raspberries on top of the slice.
- Sprinkle the pista pieces and put a couple of mint leaves to garnish and serve this delicious dessert.

- Thin shredded Carrot – 2 Cups
- Baking powder – 1/2 tea spoon

- Raisins – 1/2 cup – cut into small pieces
- Vegetable oil – 3/4 Cup
- Milk(cold) – 1/4 Cup
Method:
- Pre-heat the oven for 325 degrees
- In the mixer, first put the wet things along with Sugar.
- Then put the dry ingerdients and let it mix well.
- Grease the pan before you put the stuff.
- Now let it bake for 50-60 minutes
- Let it cool before you cut the cake into small pieces for serving.

- Maida All purpose flour – 1 Cup
- Butter – 3/4 Cup
- Ghee & Oil – 1/2 and 1/2
- Sugar – 3/4 Cup
- Eggs – 2
- Salt – pinch
- Vanilla essence – 1 tea spoon
- Baking Powder – 3/4 Tea Spoon
- Raisend + Cashew Nuts – 1/2 cup each – Cut into small pieces
Method:
- Filter all the dry once, maida, baking powder, Baking soda & salt
- Then beat all the wet ingredients and then put the dry powders alone with Raisens & Cashew nuts and mix well.
- Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.

- Beat the eggs first,then put the sugar then put the oil and then slowly put all the dry ones and beat it well.
- Grease the pan before pouring the mix.
- Bake on 325 degree for 60 – 70 minutes.
