Pesarrattu – Moong Dosa
Ingredients:
- Moong Dal – 1 Cup
- Green Chillies – 5
- Rice – 1/4 Cup
- Zeera – 1/4 Tea Spoon
- Zinger – 1/2 Inch
- Salt to Taste
Method:
- Soak the first 5 items from the top for 2 hours and grind it finely.
- Put the salt as per your taste and then Make yummy Dosas.
