Bread Toast
Ingredients:
- Eggs – 4
- Milk – 1 Cup
- Green Chilly – 2 fresh finely chopped
- Cilantro – 2 Table Spoons – Fresh finely chopped
- Salt to Taste
- Pepper – 1/4 Tea Spoon Freshly Ground
- Bread Slices – 6
- Oil to Fry
Method:
- Break the eggs into a bowl and whisk together. Add milk little by little and whisk again.
- Add the Chillies, Cilantro, hot sauce, Salt and Pepper
- Cut the Bread Slices in diagonally and soak them one at a time in egg mixture
- Heat the oil in a griddle and fry the bread slices over a medium heat turning them until they are golden brown.
- Drain off any extra oil as you remove the toast and serve immediately.
Tip: Serve this with tomato ketchup. I am sure kids will ask you again & again for this. Have fun.

This is similar to French Toast only not hot and we put sweet syrup on it. It’s a breakfast food.
Do you have a print feature? I don’t have a computer in the kitchen. Not wireless either. I could print the whole webpage, but a formatted recipe would be great! Just a suggestion.

I am currently working on adding new features like ‘Print’ and adding pictures of Indian Spices for easy identification.
For now, it is a pain but you can copy the text to Word and print it to get rid of the junk during the printing and to save paper.
