Mango Kulfi
Ingredients:
- Mango Puree – 1 Cup
- Sugar – 1/2 Cup
- Heavy Cream – 1 Cup
Method:
- Grind the Sugar and Mango Puree for 5 minutes and then mix the Heavy Cream.
- Pour that in molds and Freeze them.
Tip: Beat the Heavy cream till it comes to soft peaks.
